This MK4 Fiesta track car was brought into us from a good friend for tuning, having undertaking an engine transplant and various different modifications. Due to the amount of parts swapped it hardly ran when it arrived.

Spec List of the car as follows -

• Fiesta MK7 1.6T Ecoboost engine
• X57 Turbo
• Custom Injectors
• Custom 2inch Downpipe
• Manual fuel pressure regulator
• Custom Intercooler

This spent a couple of days on the dyno, clocking up over 200 Dyno runs (each data logged) and the map adjusted accordingly to find the sweet spot with perfect fuel trims. Despite the small down pipe and exhaust we managed to achieve just under 300bhp in a car weighing 800kg approx.

Ironically due to regulations of some of the races it will be taking part in we will need to down tune it accordingly when required but it was nice to find the limit of this particular set up.
